WILKES-BARRE, PA (September 21, 2020) --- The King's College men's and women's cross country teams competed in the first of four Middle Atlantic Conference Virtual Meets this weekend. The meet was a Four-Mile Prediction Run. Each student-athlete predicted their final time. Then student-athletes ran a pre-measured 4-mile course without a watch. The discrepancy between the predicted time and actual time of the top 5 student-athletes closest to their prediction time is the team's "time".
